REVOLVING TRAY OVEN

Universal Revolving Tray Ovens are designed to bake all type of breads, rolls, cookies, cakes etc. They are also perfect for cooking meats and other foods. Available in many sizes from 12 pans - 18"(450mm) x 26"(660mm) up to 72 pan capacity to suit most production requirements.

 ROTARY RACK OVEN

Perfect for white breads, pastries, rolls, sweet dough, cookies, muffins, cakes etc. Ideal for retail and in-store bakeries.
Available in 3 models:
- one single rack.
- two single racks or one double rack.
- two double racks.

 RAPID BAKE CONVEYOR OVEN

Perfect for cooking pizza, croissants, buns/rolls, lasagna, chicken, fish etc. Several models are available with different width conveyor belts to accommodate different production requirements.

 MOVING AIR OVEN - PROOFER COMBINATION

Moving air oven-proofers are available in 4 models:
- UB3 - 6 pan oven / 8 pan proofer
- UB7 - 5 pan oven / 10 pan proofer
- COP12/18 - 12 pan oven / 18 pan proofer
- COP12/36 - 12 pan oven / 36 pan proofer
All oven proofers are mounted on casters for mobility.
